“It doesn’t seem all that complicated to me, we’re getting married and you guys are taking our pictures” – That is exactly what Jamie’s response was to Jeannette when she asked him if he had any additional questions for us at the end of our initial meeting, as we sat on a park bench in beautiful Rittenhouse Square here in Philly. That pretty much sums up Jeannette & Jamie as the fun loving couple they are. Jeannette is the one that is into details and once she makes up her mind, she has no problem pulling the trigger (more on that later). Jamie is the complete free spirit. We met with Jeannette and Jamie a couple weeks ago (two days before their engagement anniversary) and were refreshed by their very calming yet bubbly spirits for a couple getting married in two months.
It doesn’t normally happen this way, but as of this post we have already shot J&J’s wedding as well here in Philly and will be posting some of our fav’s very soon. Until then enjoy some images from their e-session.

As we alluded to earlier, Jeannette is the type of woman that knows what she likes and once she has made up her mind, she makes her move. Once she knew that Jamie was “the one” (after about 5 years of dating), she decided that it was time to make her move. Jeanette planned a romantic bike ride for her and Jamie so she could pop the question, complete with a creative sign which read “DANGER, PROPOSAL AHEAD” along the bike path. Jamie of course said yes since he was just as smitten with Jeannette as she was with him. The image just below to the right is a tribute to women that know what they like, and are not afraid to make things happen. : ) (By the way, Jamie did follow up shortly after with a proposal of his own, in which Jeannette enthusiastically said YES.)

Jeannette and Jamie had their first official date on St. Patrick’s day, right here in Philadelphia at Oscars Tavern.
