FAMILY PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY : WILLIAMS FAMILY

Last month we had the opportunity to get together with the beautiful Williams family in order to take some family portraits.  If you recall, we had a couple of the Williams family members in front of our camera 2 years ago when we shot the wedding and proposal engagement session of Doug & Simone.  If you missed their pictures feel free to click here and here.  We always love it when we get past clients in front of the camera again, and it just sweetens the deal even more that we were now shooting the entire family.  The “children” of Mama & Papa Williams decided a few months back that it would be a great idea to have family portraits done as part of an anniversary present.  They sent us an email and the rest is history.  Once the date was set, they were all excited since it has been a while LONG time since the family was able to get some good pictures together.

We promise it was Simone’s idea to climb up on the log :)

Hey Denae…maybe we will run into each other 1 more time at the supermarket before the month is out :)

One of our favorites!

This was a stretch to get everyone to lay down but we made it work!

Work it ‘Mom’.

Nice hanging out with you Williams family.

For anyone that may be interested in portrait photography, feel free to shoot us an email, we would be happy to make something happen!  Be sure to subscribe to the blog by entering your email address above and clicking subscribe.

FAMILY PORTRAITS : MEET THE BARNER FAMILY

A couple of weeks back we made the trek down to Atlantic City to meet up with our close friends, the Barner family for some great family portraits out on the beach.  Little did we know that despite some of the gorgeous weather we have had this Spring, this would prove to be what felt like one of the coldest days of the month, especially hanging out near the ocean.  No worries tho, we were able to endure the chill in the air and walk away with some great images.

We hope you enjoy!

In case that little guy to the right looks a bit familiar, it is because we have been taking pictures of him since he was born almost.  Feel free to check out his own posts by clicking here and here.  Boy does time fly!

Elijah was a little enamored with the camera at this point…gotta love it!

SAVE THE DATE SESSION : LYNN & BRANDON

Although it is snow on the ground, we are already looking forward to this years wedding season.  Not too long ago we got together with our friends Lynn & Brandon to take a few pictures for their “Save the Date” cards, for their wedding this summer.  It was just a tad bit too cold out to chug around the city for their full engagement session, so look for that some time this spring.  For now, enjoy just a couple from our brief time together.

Happy Wednesday!

***Updated to add – for those of you that have asked, the snowball idea was completely Lynn’s idea, we cannot take all the credit!

MINI-PORTRAIT SESSION : HELP SUPPORT MS. KYNDALL AS THE NEXT FACE OF GAP KIDS!

Allow us to introduce to you Ms. Kyndall.  She currently is on a quest to become a finalist in the 2010 GAP Kids Casting call and we had the awesome privilege of taking a few portraits of her in order to update her resume. : )  This girl has more energy than a pot of coffee and enough personality to fill any room.  At one point during our mini shoot I was directing Kyndall to do a certain thing and I clearly must have repeated myself so with the cutest little smile she kindly let me know “OK…I GOT IT, I UNDERSTAND….”  I could not do anything but laugh.  She even asked me while we were shooting, “Who took pictures of you when you were a little kid?”  Its almost like we had our own little connection since she was enjoying taking pictures so much.  I digress, but please help support Ms. Kyndall by voting here and clicking the ‘FAN VOTE’ button.
