“I’m never getting married!” That is what Zena told me (Tiffany) 13 years ago, when I first met her and Rodney. The love between them was so strong that I always knew it would happen one day, and after 17 years together, two wonderful people are becoming one. Zena and Rodney met at work and spent plenty of time getting to know each other. Their ‘like’ eventually grew to love and now everyone will know just how strong their love for each other is on their wedding day coming up this summer. We spent a couple of hours with these two for their engagement shoot at the one place which had the most significance to them, The Ansonia in New York, where they met. We began our shoot on the rooftop of The Ansonia overlooking Manhattan, and then traveled to the nearby Boat Basin where many strolls and lunch dates were had. We had a great time with them and are looking forward to their wedding this summer.

Back on what turned out to be one warm day in May we got together with Juling & Chris to shoot pictures for their engagement session. Since all of our couples choose their own location to take pictures, we found ourselves at the ever popular & classic Art Museum area and we could not have been more pleased. We trotted around the museum braving the early summer heat and before we knew it, we were laughing and joking as if we have known each other for years. We couldn’t tell one bit that Juling was a bit nervous at first. That’s exactly what you feel when you are around these two, love and absolute genuineness. Juling & Chris’ wedding is just around the corner and we are most certainly looking forward to shooting at the fabulous Philadelphia Sofitel Luxury Hotel.
Enjoy!

Two random chairs in the shade in the middle of the floor….yes please!

This is our favorite shot of the day.

I asked Juling to show me her ring so that we could take a picture and Chris decided he would imitate her. Little did he know how quick on the draw we are….please don’t hate us Chris.

This is Chris being a good sport…one of the guys in the picture asked me (Bernard) to take their picture, and I respectfully declined because hey, I was working….so Chris decided that he would be a good sport and take the picture for them. Thanks for showing me up Chris

Thanks for a great time Juling & Chris, we will be doing it again before you know it!
